Return and exchange policy

Thank you for choosing us! We want your experience to be as comfortable as your favorite boxers. Here's our clear, straightforward, and cool policy for online purchases in Argentina.

1. Your right to withdraw (distance purchases) – 15 days

We give you 15 calendar days from the date you receive the product (or from the date of purchase, whichever comes last) to cancel your purchase without giving any reason.
This period extends the legal minimum for your peace of mind.

Return shipping: We've got you covered. We'll send you a prepaid label or arrange for home pickup .

2. Hygienic conditions (underwear)

For health and hygiene reasons, we accept exchanges/returns only if:

  • the product is unused ,

  • with intact hygiene seal/label ,

  • in its original packaging and with all labels .

If the packaging has been opened or shows signs of use, we will not be able to process an exchange/return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping error .

3. How to start the process

Option A — From your account
Sign in and go to My Account → Orders → Request a Return .
Choose the reason and type of return. (Exchanges for size/color/model are processed as a return + new order; see point 6).
After approval, we send you the code/RMA and label (as applicable) .

Option B — Support
Write us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason .
Our team validates the case and shares the label with you or coordinates its removal (as appropriate) .

4. Packaging and shipping of the return

Use the original packaging (or equivalent, tightly closed).
Make sure you include all labels and keep the hygiene seal intact.
Affix the label we sent you and deliver it to the designated location or wait for the scheduled pickup.
Keep the receipt for your records.

5. Refunds and times

We perform quality control within 2 to 5 business days of receiving the package.
The refund is processed to the same payment method (or to your account if it was a transfer).
It may take 5 to 10 banking days to be reflected.
If you expressed regret within 15 days, we will refund the total and cover the return logistics .

6. Changes by size/color/model

If you want to change the size, color, or model , return the product and place a new order with the desired variant.
The refund is handled according to points 1 , 2 , and 4. Once approved, we process the refund as indicated in point 5 .
The shipping cost for a new order is calculated like any new purchase at checkout (if free shipping applies due to current promotions or a higher amount, it will be reflected).
Availability depends on stock at the time of your new order .
If the change is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error , we can replace it without logistics costs.

7. Ineligible returns

  • Used , washed or smelly/stained clothes.

  • Hygienic seal damaged or labels removed.

  • Open packs (in multisets, only closed packs are accepted).

  • Wear from normal use or poor care .

8. Tips to make everything flow

  • Try the garment on over other clothing upon receipt.

  • Keep packaging and labels until you decide to keep the product.

  • Have your order number handy.

This policy is aligned with Argentine consumer protection regulations. Additionally, we voluntarily extend the withdrawal period to 15 days to provide you with a better experience. Should regulations change, we will update this text accordingly.
